Fulfillment Policy

At Kindred Studio, we provide digital marketing services including strategy, advertising, email/SMS marketing, branding, web design, and content development. Because our offerings are service-based and customized to each client, fulfillment is delivered according to the scope and timeline agreed upon in your signed service agreement or proposal.

Delivery of Services

  • Fulfillment begins after contract signing and initial payment is received.

  • Project timelines vary based on scope, but general milestones and deliverables will be outlined during onboarding.

  • All services are delivered digitally via email, project management platforms (such as Asana or Notion), and/or through direct access to marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo).

Revisions

  • Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal or agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or partially completed.

  • If a client chooses to terminate a project early, any work completed to date will be invoiced and considered non-refundable.

Non-Delivery Circumstances

  • If Kindred Studio is unable to fulfill the services due to internal error, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues such as unresponsiveness or late feedback.
